An excellent & varied supply of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs are available throughout the year. Various options are available to provide for the sale of the surplus fruits and vegetables produced. They may be sold in a wholesale capacity directly from the property, which is currently the favoured option as it not only provides an income to cover any localised expenses, but also provides additional income to others in the local community. Alternatively, it may be sold at several local markets or at any number of hotels or restaurants either in the Montego Bay area, or further afield. A list of contacts along with outlet information will be provided.

In order to maintain the property as 'Organic' as possible, composting areas have been established along with chicken manure and fire ash, which is kept and stored in order to provide the majority of nutrients necessary for healthy and productive plants, trees and shrubs.
